Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for every client, all waxing appointments require a 25% deposit, which is paid online at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. We understand that life happens, and communication is key. If something unexpected arises outside of this time frame, please reach out as soon as possible so we can try our best to work with you to get your appointment rescheduled. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours' notice or no-call/no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit, which is non-refundable.
